For a family of two people traveling to HK.

Even one room would be good

I looked around and the cheapest I can find right now is 7000 dollars per month.
Is that a fair price?

Fan Ling is quite far away from downtown.
You can take KCR to Tsim Sha Tsui, it will take 40 minutes.

Have u looked into craigslist of HK ah?  You might find sth there. Look under "Housing", then "vacation rentals"

because i haven't stayed in those before and am thinking of staying there instead of hotels next time i go back to hk for a long period of time.
