Bad family doctor in Vancouver? doctor, family, Bad, Vancouver

I made appointment with my doctor at 9:30am (first appointment at 9), she does not show up until 10:30, by then the office was packed with patient (She has appointments scheduled every 5 minute intervals) I was in the office until 11:30, 2 hours!!! i saw her for 5 minutes.

this happen to me more than once, she always does that, drives me in sane, she has no respect for her patients.  I refuse to go back to her for past 2 years and have been going to drop in clinics instead.

Having said that, I`m looking for a good female doctor, any suggestions

Don't go to Simon Shiu in Richmond, he is the worst one.... many stories happened basically he's always late for appointments, short examination and he always looks like want kick you out in 5 minutes. No patience. I rank him 1 out of 5, the 1 point goes to his generosity for referring you to X-rays and other specialist.

it happened to my specialist, but i can see the improvement.  1st visit - 3hrs wait, 2nd visit - 2hrs wait, 3rd visit - half an hour wait.  my exam took no more than 10 mins.  but cannot complain la, some specialists even refuse to take new patient.

mines can... she also gets paid patients for skin care and anti-aging, for those she spends tons of time with. for normal patients like me, she gets me in, 2 mins after she kicks me out.  my mom goes to her as well, and one time she wants to ask about two different things, the doctor said she needs to make a separate appointment to ask the 2nd thing

我老母隻小腿無啦啦腫左, 就去睇醫生啦, 個醫生話無乜事, 唔需要做手術。但舊野就越黎越大, 再去睇, 拒話舊野唔痛就應該無事。于是襯返HK 玩時順便睇專科, 先知大件事要即刻做手術。
呢D 乜能野醫生??? 幾十歲心態唔做就無錯, 獲唔需要咩。無passion 就退休啦。。。

Actually she did a crappy job for THREE of my surgeries

1) bad sewing job in the end...left a piece of my "meat" sticking out (didn't close the wound properly). end up getting infection and she refused to believe it was infection. in the end my wound had green pus and i was vomiting and dizzy. FINALLY after 2 visits she takes a sample of the fluid and sends it to a lab. In the end i DO have an infection and needed antibiotics.

2) 2nd surgery, did a bad job closing me up again. also left a cotton ball inside me. YES, A COTTON BALL. They found it in an ultrasound after the surgery since I was in pain for 3 months.

3) had to had surgery again to remove the cotton ball + to fix the bad job she did during the 2nd surgery. 2nd surgery she did crappy job closing me up and caused me to grow a lot of scar tissue so 2 of my organs ended up sticking together. needed a 2 hour surgery to remove the extra tissue. then after surgery i am bleeding heavily and she says it is because the machine that was in the surgery room didn't WORK and she didn't suck out the irrigation water (to clean my internal organs during the surgery). so I have a stomach full of DIRTY water leaking out of my wounds. Even the nurses were scared because I was leaking blood everywhere. She said she didn't want to wait for another machine to come because my surgery had already taken 2 hours. And also, when I wake up, I found a wound in my shoulder. my surgery is NOWHERE near my shoulder. it looks like they dropped a tool or the soldering iron on my shoulder during the surgery. actually when i woke up, my shoulder hurt more than my other wounds. now my shoulder has a burn mark.


i think i have the worse luck with doctors.
