yeh! they finally answer my call la.
so even if you don't have the warranty booklet (manufacturer), as long as you have the receipt, they can check on their system if it's under the manufacturer warranty and they can take the printer in for repair

Don't drop it off to FS!! You will most likely lose your printer for a month or 2.

Contact the manufacturer directly. Canon and Brothers can be repaired under warranty through Teknology in Richmond. HP and Epson will replace your printer with another refurbished unit of equivelent features. Just call them and they will take care of you

If you have an Laserjet all in one, I can send it out to my IT as they are HP authroized to repair business units.

If it's under warranty, then they won't charge you. You need to tell them that.
