it should be no more than 100 guests. we don't want any tea/snacks after the ceremony. it's going to be a place with a nice view for pictures (afterwards).
park is another choice. but there is the risk of bad weather.

i've seen ppl having the ceremony by the beach too. but seems like it's not very common here. at least i didn't read anybody talking about it here in lyk..... most of them are in the church....
My friend had her wedding at London Heritage Farm last year. Another friend had her wedding at a golf course a few years ago.
You can also have a civil ceremony in a hotel banquet hall (with chairs and the wedding "stage" set up)
A lot of lyks are having church ceremony because they or their other half is religious.
The QE Pavillon doesn't look nice to me.. I went there in Feb when I was deciding on the ceremony venue.. I still have their price pkg if u needed..
You dun want church becoz you are not religious right? but even if you are not religious, you can hold it at a chapel. For nice pic taking after the ceremony and nice environment.. i would recommended Minoru Chapel or Chapel at Stanley Park.. they look great...
The price are ranging from CAD$900 to CAD$1500 (can hold around 60 to 120 ppl) no snacks afterward.. pkg included those commissioner and a bit decorations & music.. let me know if you need the full details~
