I bought the blu ray batman begin few weeks ago.. it's only can play half of the disc.. I  retried it few times .. stilll doesn't work.. before I thought it's my machine problem.. so.. I tried to put in another blu ray disc.. it's works ..

but I bought it few weeks ago.. and don't know where did I put my receipt .. don't u think that I can get exchange ?

have to check walmart's  refund exchange policy wor.... eg. ikea you can get a store credit without a receipt.

If it still has warlmart sticker on, I do not find there is any problem to exchange it.

and I don't think this should be under 大溫投訴 since you didn't get bad service from Walmart yet....
Have u try calling them and asked if they will exchange for the same disc?

yeah~ i think that's the rule for any copyright protected stuff~ you can exchange for the same item once it's opened and there's a problem with it~

but without a receipt~ could be difficult
