我今日去xx寶買飯食,當我準備要叫野個陣,個老世好無禮貌咁行出黎,話唔該借過!我即刻好無癮去第間食,以後都唔幫親佢!我知我斯文好hup.語氣仲好唔好!

What attitude that the boss was using to asking mollinbaggio to walk away is the key about this issue. If the boss's attitude is bad, then mollinbaggio's complain is right

it is 麗晶, will you pay tip there? what do you expect?
plus, it is the individual not polite and he was not even serving you, so you are complaining the individual, not the business.

anyway, you have the right to not going there again, but making it public you really need a stronger support.
