e.Tea 簡餐 @ Rupert & 22nd, a few shops beside the 7-11.

Just tried today at lunch, yuck.

I knew it before I entered, because they posted up "hiring experienced HK chef"...

I would take 京圓, Cryatl Mall foodcourt, or even 奧斯卡 (across from it) over E.tea any day, easily.

Not impressed with quality of food and the price is not cheap. Ordered 牛肉麵 and 五更腸旺, total came to just over $15.
ACC-HE: 台灣牛肉麵，一點也不台灣。其實係滷水牛蹍...麵更是用乾的，凜paat paat，入口即爛。

We've only tried our two must-order items from here...and are left disappointed. I'm not sure about other items on the menu but I do believe that beef noodle is an important item in this type of restaurant, like a burger is to a western restaurant.

Places I'ld visit again for beef noodle would be Cabin 5555 in Kerrisdale,  Taiwan Beef Noodle House on Granville. I prefer No. 1 Beef Noodle House on Willingdon and Moscrop over Etea for its taste and price. I am not impressed with the complimentary side dish from Etea, it was some 酸羅白。

I have yet to try Tony's Beef Noodle on Cambie across from Oakridge. I heard that place is not bad.
